Love this update. Glad you had such a wonderful staycation. I love Ilkley - I went to Uni in Leeds so visited often. Have you been to Haworth? Whether you are a Bronte fan or not it's always lovely there too. (Side note: I am still reeling from the casting choice of Margot Robbie in the new Wuthering Heights - as much as I love her, I just can't see it).
Thanks! We live fairly close to Haworth so I’ve been many times but Michael and I haven’t been together yet (so must change that). And clearly I live under a rock. I didn’t know there was a film coming out. Is Margot supposed to be Kathy? 🤔 There was some BBC film or TV series not long ago that seemed to have good casting!

I suppose I was making a non point really that we (I guess anyone who consumes social media) are just bombarded with so many things to “want” and a sort of generic yet expensive way to live. 😅 This is probably why I avoid going into the shops because then I see pretty things and am like a magpie (but doesn’t usually convince me to buy stuff still 🤪).
