**So after discussing it with my older sister and talking about references to Cromwell in The Coffin Path, I've concluded that the book is not, in fact, set during the 'Tudor period' and is in the 'restoration' around 1660. I see 1600 and think 'Tudor' (which was apparently 1485-1603) and Dr K who taught my undergrad 'restoration to 18th century literature' course would think I learned nothing in there. (I did learn loads hah but clearly forgot all the dates.)
Ps our first son's due date was a day after our first wedding anniversary, so neither of us ever gets the date right because of that date over shadowing our wedding date 😂
I may need them. I did grow up vegetarian but I've eaten meat for years and I love my food so I'm always worried about going hungry (as if I've ever been hungry in my life). My husband and I have this trait in common. Heh!
This is lovely, Elaine. Thanks for the shout out and I can't wait to find out more about your writing soon!
I am absolutely loving The Coffin Path and now can’t wait to read all your books. 🫶🏻 (Unfortunately, not in time for the course.) 🙈
Love this so much!
Thank you! I also read your new book recently and loved it. 😅 So many amazing writers on the platform and so many new books to read. 🤩

Don’t worry, I did a history degree and I’m still terrible at dates 😂
He sounds like a really good guy, I'm glad you found each other ❤️

That's a lovely reason to forget the date. 🫶🏻
Have fun writing! (yes, bring snacks!!)
